Assistant Director of Operations

Department: Leadership
Location: Findlay, OH

Chick-fil-A Findlay is actively seeking Team members who are committed to developing excellence and a servant heart to better care for our community. 

The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for:

Team (People First)

  • Equip and develop team leads to uphold Chick-fil-A quality and service standards
  • Leading through influence with an ability to create, develop, and maintain relationships 
  • Develop and coach all employees when needed 
  • Excelling in communication with superiors and subordinates
  • Uphold  accountability for team leaders, including responsibility of their team members 
  • Uphold standards for timeliness, performance for all team members

Operations 

  • Follow and maintain all systems to ensure operational excellence 
  • Monitor all given metrics including but not limited to labor and productivity
  • Understand the staffing needs for Chick-fil-A Findlay
  • Complete the schedule two weeks in advance (when possible)
  • Effectively order and maintain inventory 
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures 
  • Maintain or obtain Servsafe certification
  • Be flexible based upon the needs of Chick-fil-A Findlay

Growth

  • Aiding in recruiting efforts for staffing
  • Develop and set obtainable goals, through leadership and action
  • Conduct meetings with team leaders and other directors as needed 
  • Challenging oneself and innovating within the role
  • Maintain personal development in and outside of the organization

Job Type: Full-time 40 - 50 hours per week 

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
