As a part-time Guest Experience Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the brand of Chick-fil-A by ensuring all of our guests have a positive experience with each and every interaction. You’ll be tasked with several key responsibilities including the following:

• Serving guests at the front counter

• Bagging and serving meals

• Making beverages and desserts

• Cleaning the dining room, bathrooms and service areas

• Taking Guest orders in the drive-thru

You are someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and work well with others. You are someone who likes to receive feedback in the moment and is always trying to grow and become better.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs overhead

• Willing to work OUTSIDE in drive-thru all-year-around (hot and cold)

• Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (6-8 hrs)

• Have reliable transportation

Pay Range:

$10.70 - $13.50 (based on availability)
